Orders
What if I make a mistake when placing my order?
Please email us as soon as possible at contact@psychedelicfur.com. If you let us know before the next business day there will be no charge. If your merchandise has shipped, we are still happy to change your order, but we will have to process it as an exchange.
What is the Psychedelic Fur exchange policy?
We are happy to exchange your merchandise or give you credit toward a future purchase. Please send your merchandise with the packing slip and a note with the desired size you want to the following address:

Sizing
How do I know what size to get?
We have two size charts.
Coats and raingear are based on length, but please check the sizes on the chart…. we use Velcro closures at the belly so they will fit a wider range of pups.
Tees sizing is based on weight. If your pooch is thinner or wider than average it can be helpful to measure the length of your pup from neck to waist, and around the neck to help make the decision. Also, if your pup has long hair you might want to go up a size. Tees slip on over the head, with a wide stretchy neck for on/off ease .
Feel free to email us at contact@psychedelicfur.com if you still aren’t sure of the size and include your pets breed, weight and length and we’ll make our best guess.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to ship anywhere in the world. Orders to Canada cost an extra $10 and all other international destinations cost an extra $25. We will contact you if there are other unexpected charges. Please note, we cannot be responsible for any customs or other assessment charges incurred when entering your country.
Please make sure to include a working email address and a complete mailing address We cannot be responsible for loss or damage of packages sent internationally.
How fast will I receive my merchandise?
You have your choice of shipping method. It can take us up to 48 hours to process the order – keeping this in mind, check below for the estimated time it should take to receive your package.
Express Mail – 1 day
Priority Mail – you will receive your merchandise within 3-5 days.
First class mail – you will receive your merchandise within 5-10 days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping and handling costs include: packing materials, packaging time and shipping costs.
Express mail starts at $20.
Priority mail starts at $6.25
First class mail starts at $3.25
Note that these prices go up based on amount of items sent.
Note all orders over $40 must be sent priority mail.
What if I don’t receive my order?
You can contact us a week (priority mail) or two weeks (first class mail) after your package should have arrived. We will make every effort to resend the merchandise as fast as possible.
A couple of notes:
If you have supplied us with incorrect information, we are happy to resend the merchandise, but you will need to pay an additional fee.
If your package is returned "undeliverable" we will make every effort to contact you, but it is ultimately your responsibility to get in touch with us. We will reship the order for an additional charge.
